Edition 2025 — The Castle Tells Its Story

On Sunday, May 25, 2025, the Castello dei Conti Antonielli d'Oulx in Villar Dora opened its doors for the 15th ADSI National Day. During this edition, the private historic residence, usually inaccessible, welcomed visitors with free guided tours, the opening of the San Rocco Chapel, and the parish church, as part of the national initiative promoting Italy's historic houses.

The 15th ADSI National Day was held on Sunday, May 25, 2025, and featured the Castello dei Conti Antonielli d'Oulx in Villar Dora among the historic houses opened to the public. As per tradition, the medieval manor of the lower Susa Valley — which has remained in the same family since 1337 and is the only castle in the valley to have escaped French destruction in 1691 — offered free guided tours of the noble halls, the San Rocco Chapel, and the ancient parish church. The event, organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Villar Dora and local associations, confirmed the format that makes "The Castle Tells Its Story" a highly anticipated spring appointment.
