Acuto Jazz 2025 — 28th Edition

The 28th edition of Acuto Jazz was held on August 10 and 11, 2025, in Acuto (Frosinone). The event featured free admission and was held under the artistic direction of Paolo Tombolesi with the support of the Lazio Region.

On Sunday, August 10, the festival opened in the Church of San Sebastiano with Le città invisibili by Nicola Alesini, a performance based on texts by Italo Calvino featuring saxophones, loops, and electronics. In the evening, the Maurizio Giammarco SyncroTribe Quintet took the stage in Piazza Regina Margherita. On Monday, August 11, the afternoon was dedicated to the screening of the film La cantina, altri appunti sul jazz in the presence of director Andrea Polinelli, while the evening featured the Prometheus project by Jacopo Ferrazza, blending double bass, voice, cello, piano, and electronics.
