Edition 2025 — Acqua Cotta Festival

The 2025 edition of the Acqua Cotta Festival took place in Farnese from August 16th to 18th, as part of the Estate Farnesana. Three days dedicated to flavors and live music, with the traditional Tuscia soup as the star of the village's gastronomic stalls, accompanied by town square bingo, open-air cinema, and entertainment that brought the mid-August evenings to life.

Acqua Cotta Festival 2025

In 2025, the Acqua Cotta Festival in Farnese was held from August 16th to 18th, as part of the rich Estate Farnesana program promoted by the Municipality and the Pro Loco. For three days, the village in the Viterbo Tuscia celebrated its most iconic soup, amidst flavors and live music.

The gastronomic stalls served acqua cotta alongside other local traditional dishes, while the evenings were enlivened by town square bingo, open-air cinema, and performances. A community celebration that every summer draws residents and visitors to the heart of the Upper Tuscia, on the edge of the Selva del Lamone.
