Acireale Flower Festival

The 2025 edition of the Acireale Flower Festival was held from Friday, May 2 to Sunday, May 4, following a shift from the dates originally announced in April. Three days dedicated to the floral floats, a symbol of Acireale's identity.

• Friday, May 2: 4:00 PM inauguration of exhibitions and markets; 6:00 PM first floral float parade with bands and street artists; 9:30 PM musical show in Piazza Duomo with I Gemelli di Guidonia.
• Saturday, May 3: from 10:00 AM, floral floats on display along the city's historic circuit.
• Sunday, May 4: vintage car gathering, final parade of the floral floats, and closing awards ceremony in the evening.

The traditional May Day Concert in Piazza Duomo was also confirmed, featuring local musical groups. The event reaffirmed its bond with the Acireale Carnival Foundation and the city's Baroque tradition in the province of Catania.
