Edition 2025 — Acciugando
In 2025, Acciugando brought the Ligurian Sea anchovy festival to Camporosso, at the Palatenda Bigauda. Amidst tastings of small blue fish, music, and a convivial atmosphere, the event organized by the Pro Loco 'Gli amici del Mulino' confirmed its success, highlighting the maritime flavors of western Liguria.
The 2025 edition of Acciugando enlivened Camporosso with its festival dedicated to the Ligurian Sea anchovy. At the Palatenda Bigauda, the Pro Loco 'Gli amici del Mulino' served the small blue fish in its various preparations, accompanying the tastings with music and festive moments. The event, young but already appreciated, confirmed the public's interest in the authentic flavors of the seafood cuisine of the Nervia Valley and the Riviera dei Fiori.
