Edition 2025 — "A van la Vacie"
The 2025 edition of "A van la Vacie" took place on January 5 and 6 in the historic center of Comacchio, with two days of events, parades, markets, and shows dedicated to Befana. The traditional "La Tamplà" march, the Firefighters' Befana from the Clock Tower, the free distribution of stockings to children, and the grand final fireworks display at Trepponti were the highlights.
In 2025, "A van la Vacie" brought two days of celebration to Comacchio for Epiphany.
Sunday, January 5 - Preview
- 2:30 PM — Parade of the Befane with Minnie and Mickey Mouse in Piazzetta Trepponti;
- 4:00 PM — La Tamplà, the march of the Befane with the song "A van la Vacie";
- 4:30 PM — Firefighters' Befana from the Clock Tower;
- 5:00 PM — Comacchioland village at Parco della Resistenza and opening of Sweet Christmas.
Monday, January 6 - Epiphany
- from 9:30 AM — Befana markets in the historic center;
- 10:30 AM-12:00 PM — Befana arrives at Manifattura dei Marinati;
- 3:00 PM — free distribution of stockings to children;
- 5:00 PM — sweets and hot drinks in Piazzetta Luca Danese;
- 6:00 PM — grand finale with Befana greeting from Trepponti amidst music, dancing, and fireworks.
