Edition 2025 — Dinner with the Colleoni Captains

In 2025, A Dinner with the Colleoni Captains revisited the medieval dinner in the cloister of the former Santa Chiara in Martinengo, with 15th-century dishes served by costumed re-enactors, jesters, and period dances, organized by the Bartolomeo Colleoni Folk Group.

The 2025 edition of the medieval dinner A Dinner with the Colleoni Captains took place in the cloister of the former Santa Chiara convent in Martinengo, on two evenings in June starting at 8:00 PM. Guests, welcomed by costumed re-enactors, enjoyed a menu faithfully reconstructed from 15th-century recipes, including soups, roasts, cheeses, and spiced wine, in an atmosphere made evocative by braziers, jesters, and period dances. The event was organized by the Bartolomeo Colleoni Folk Group with the patronage of the Municipality of Martinengo (BG).
