Edition 2025 — A.D. 1387 – Battle at Terra del Sole
The 2025 edition of A.D. 1387 – Battle at Terra del Sole was held on Saturday, September 20 and Sunday, September 21, 2025, at the Bastione San Martino in Terra del Sole, part of Castrocaro Terme and Terra del Sole (FC).
The two days brought together historical groups from all over Italy and abroad, with over 100 armed men on the battlefield and more than 300 re-enactors in total, including encampments and the market. Visitors could explore the encampments with historically accurate costumes, weapons, and armour, witness the re-enactment of the 1387 battle, and enjoy medieval music and jester performances. The event, with free admission, confirmed its role as a key event for medieval re-enactment in Romagna.
