2025 Volturara Summer without A Ccapo a nni Monte

The official program of the 2025 Volturara Summer, published by the Municipality of Volturara Irpina and featured on the Sistema Irpinia portal of the Province of Avellino, did not include A Ccapo a nni Monte: the Pro Loco event was still suspended and would only return to the historic center in August 2026.

What took place instead

• Cheesemaker Festival, from July 18 to 20, 2025;
• Sant'Antonio di Padova festivities, from July 25 to 29, with a concert by Fred De Palma on the 28th;
• Artisti in Strada and Street Food Festival, August 2 and 3, on Viale Rimembranza;
• Departure of the Castellana pilgrimage to the Montevergine sanctuary, August 14;
• Feast of the Madonnina della Piana, August 23 and 24, with a procession along the rural roads;
• 'Quarantino' Bean Festival, 13th edition, from September 12 to 14;
• Oktober Fest at the end of September and beginning of October, followed by the Chestnut Festival.

To see the rural life scenes among the alleys and stairways of the village at the foot of Mount Terminio, in the province of Avellino, one had to wait until August 1st and 2nd, 2026.
