8-Gipfel-Marsch 2025 — 23rd Edition

The 2025 edition of the 8-Gipfel-Marsch was held on Saturday, July 26, 2025, starting at 3:30 AM from the Festgelände in Glorenza/Glurns, with an initial religious service at the Frauenkirche. The route covered 25 km and approximately 3,000 meters of elevation gain across eight peaks — from the Glurnser Köpfl to the Korspitze — with the finish line at the Stelvio Pass after about twelve hours. Due to weather forecasts and safety risks, the organizers decided to conduct the march in a reduced form, adapting the route. The registration fee was 70 euros in advance (until July 20) and 80 euros thereafter; participation was restricted to those over 16. The event was organized by Glurns Marketing, in the municipality of Glorenza (Province of Bolzano).
