79th National Congress of Assoenologi in Conegliano

The National Congress of Assoenologi is an itinerant event: each year, the association of Italian oenologists and wine technicians chooses a different location in Italy for its work. The 78th edition took place in 2025 in another Italian location.

The selection of Conegliano for the 79th edition is particularly significant, as it coincides with the 150th anniversary of the G.B. Cerletti Oenology School and takes place in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG region, one of Italy's most important wine-growing areas.

The 78th edition of the National Congress of Assoenologi was held in 2025 in a different Italian location, in line with the itinerant nature of the event. Detailed program information is not covered in this fact sheet, which is dedicated to the 2026 Conegliano edition.
