Edition 2025 — 150 Years of Volunteer Firefighters

Before the grand 2026 anniversary, the Volunteer Firefighters of San Maurizio Canavese continued their daily presence in the Canavese territory, through interventions, prevention activities, and community meetings. The detachment, active since 1876, kept its bond with citizens alive through open days, demonstration activities, and initiatives dedicated to schools, preparing the ground for the 150-year celebrations.

In 2025, the Volunteer Firefighters detachment of San Maurizio Canavese continued its mission of service to the community, awaiting the historic 150-year milestone. The activities of the volunteer corps, based in the Via Barbania barracks, included interventions in the area, prevention initiatives, and awareness moments aimed primarily at the youth.

The deep roots in the Municipality of San Maurizio Canavese and the Province of Turin, built since its foundation in 1876, represented the foundation upon which to build the grand 2026 festival, dedicated to celebrating a century and a half of volunteering.
