About Turri Festival

For almost a century, the Turri Festival has enlivened the main hamlet of Montegrotto Terme, at the foot of the Euganean Hills. Organized by the Parish of the Holy Rosary, it is one of the longest-running and most beloved festivals in the Padua area: eleven days straddling May and June with food stalls, local food and wine traditions, inflatable games for children, and the unmissable charity raffle. A free-entry community event where evenings are spent enjoying typical dishes and festive moments.

A festival that spans generations

The Turri Festival is one of the most deeply rooted village festivals in the territory of Montegrotto Terme, in the province of Padua. Turri is the main hamlet of the municipality, nestled at the foot of the Euganean Hills, and every year between late May and early June it transforms into the beating heart of community life thanks to this event that has surpassed its ninety-fifth edition.

A festival of community and parish

The festival is organized by the Parish of the Holy Rosary of Turri, which for generations has curated its setup and kept alive a tradition that is above all an occasion for gathering. The festival is not just about food: it is a time when the village comes together, families meet, and community volunteers bring eleven days of celebration to life.

Gastronomy and entertainment

The program revolves around the food stalls featuring specialties of Venetian cuisine and traditional peasant dishes. For children, there are inflatable games, while the classic charity raffle supports the parish's activities. Evenings are accompanied by music and moments of outdoor socializing.

When to go

The festival generally takes place for about eleven days between late May and early June, with a mid-week closing day. Admission is free, and the event is designed for all ages, in a picturesque setting at the foot of the Euganean Hills.
