The Zerman Festival
The Festival of Saint Helena Empress is the most cherished summer event in Zerman, a hamlet of Mogliano Veneto, in the province of Treviso. Dedicated to the patron saint of the community, it is held in August and traditionally culminates around August 15th, Ferragosto and the Assumption Day.
Cuisine and entertainment every evening
The heart of the festival is the food stand, open from 6:30 PM, with traditional Venetian dishes that change every evening. Accompanying dinner are music, dancing, and entertainment for all ages, in a festive atmosphere that draws residents from the hamlet and neighboring towns.
The Luna d'Agosto Association
The event is organized by the Luna d'Agosto APS Association, chaired by Bruno Cillotto, which has about 160 members and 80 volunteers active throughout the year. Admission is free and there is ample parking on Via Bonisiolo; the proceeds support the parish and the community of Zerman.
