Deltablues is one of the most important Italian festivals dedicated to blues and jazz, with a long history in Polesine. The event features over 40 concerts spread across eight municipalities in the province, but it is in Rovigo, the provincial capital, that some of the most significant dates on the calendar are concentrated, organised by the Ente Rovigo Festival.
From Parco Casalini to Piazza Annonaria
In Rovigo, the festival offers the grand opening concert at Parco Casalini, the 'on the road' evening with travelling bands animating the streets and squares of the historic centre simultaneously, and the grand finale in Piazza Annonaria, which hosts the national final of the International Blues Challenge and concerts by headline acts.

Deltablues Rovigo — edition 2026
As part of the 39th edition of Deltablues (June 6 – July 11, 2026, over 40 concerts in eight municipalities of Polesine), Rovigo hosts some of the highlight events. The opening is on June 18 at Parco Casalini with Fabrizio Bosso & New Project Orchestra, a tribute to the Miles Davis centenary, with free admission. On June 21, the 'Deltablues on the Road' evening animates the historic centre with travelling bands. The grand finale is in Piazza Annonaria from July 9 to 11, featuring the national final of the International Blues Challenge.
