Local products and ancient crafts in the center of Ghedi
The Crafts and Flavors Festival is the event that every spring the Pro Loco of Ghedi (Province of Brescia) organizes in the town center, in collaboration with the Merchants Association and the Municipality. For one Sunday, Piazza Roma and the town streets become a journey through the local products and ancient artisan crafts of the area.
The event offers a rich program focused on taste and traditions:
The Crafts and Flavors Festival tells the story of Ghedi and the Brescian plain, where agriculture and craftsmanship have always played a central role. The day, with free admission, attracts families and visitors from neighboring towns, offering an opportunity to rediscover authentic flavors and traditional crafts in a popular festive atmosphere.
The 2026 edition, the fifteenth, takes place on Sunday, May 24, from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM, in Piazza Roma and the streets of Ghedi's center. The Pro Loco of Ghedi, with the Merchants Association and the Municipality, offers local products (cheeses, fresh pasta, sweets, oil, wine, cured meats), the artisan market, the traveling museum of peasant civilization, and craft workshops. The Pro Loco stand opens from 11:00 AM.
Ghedi is located in the province of Brescia, south of the provincial capital, reachable from the SP668 and SPBS343. The festival takes place in Piazza Roma and the town center streets.
Free admission. The festival is generally open from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM; the Pro Loco stand from 11:00 AM.
