The Calcinato Carnival
The Calcinato Carnival is one of the town's most beloved festivals, a municipality in the province of Brescia along the route towards Lake Garda. Every year, the parade of floats and masks winds through the streets of the centre, an event that draws families and curious onlookers from all over the region.
2026 Theme: Space
The 2026 edition is dedicated to Space: astronauts, aliens, planets and stars inspire the floats and costumes, transforming the town's streets into a colourful galaxy. A common thread that unifies the parade and stimulates the imagination of the masked groups and the little ones.
A Celebration for Everyone
Organised by the Pastoral Unit of the Holy Martyrs, the Calcinato Carnival is designed for the enjoyment of families, children and enthusiasts of all ages. Confetti, music and joy accompany the parade, on a day that renews the convivial and popular spirit of the Carnival of Brescia.
